I’m a bride interested in getting eyelash extensions for my wedding, what do I need to know?

Brides interested in having eyelash extensions for their wedding must book a full set roughly 3 weeks ahead of time. Then, a fill appointment will be scheduled for the week of your wedding so the extensions are fresh and full. This allows you to get used to the extensions, make any stylistic changes at your fill appointment, and most importantly ensures you do not have any adverse reactions to our products.

I heard eyelash extensions can damage my natural lashes and even make them fall out. Is this true?

Extensions will not cause damage to your natural lashes as long as they are applied properly. As professionals, it is our job to ensure flawless application with extensions that are suitable in size and weight for each individual client. As long as these practices are consistent and you maintain an adequate cleansing routine, your lashes should remain healthy.

How often will I need to get my lashes filled to maintain them?

We recommend clients book a fill appointment every 2-3 weeks. As natural lashes move through their growth cycle and shed, you’ll notice little gaps in your lash line where the extensions fell with them. Our fill appointments allow us to refill these gaps with fresh extensions and remove any problematic ones so natural lashes stay healthy.

Waiting over 3 weeks between fills means we’ll need extra time to tend to your lashes so we request clients book our extended fill option in this case. After the 4 week mark, we have the right to charge for a full set of lashes if over 40% of extensions are missing.

Will cleaning my lash extensions or getting them wet make them fall out? How do I maintain them?

The idea that cleaning your lashes will make them fall out more quickly is a myth. Contrary to this belief, lashes should be cleaned thoroughly every day to maintain their health and longevity of extensions. Oil and dirt buildup on your eyelids and lashes will break down the extension adhesive faster and can cause a variety of eye irritations or even infection if not cared for.

We recommend cleaning your lashes once daily with our oil-free foaming cleanser and lash cleansing brush available for purchase at the studio. Check out our aftercare highlight on Instagram for a full video tutorial on how to properly care for your extensions.

I already have eyelash extensions that were applied elsewhere, can I book a fill with you?

In order to maintain our business standards, we unfortunately do not fill eyelash extensions that were applied elsewhere. We recommend booking a full set with a complimentary removal of your existing extensions.

Do you offer artificial nails? Do you remove acrylics, hard gels, or dip powders?

We are not currently set up to remove anything but soft gel polish at this time.
