COVID-19 Policies

*All policies listed below are up to date and current.

  • Masks are now optional for clients; we will continue to have disposable masks on hand for anyone who would feel more comfortable wearing one.

  • Please reschedule your appointment if you begin to feel sick or have knowingly been exposed to COVID-19.

  • Hand sanitizer will be available at the front desk and we ask that you use it upon entry into the studio. For all nail appointments, clients must wash hands with soap and water upon arrival.⁣⁣⁣

  • We love your friends and children however we ask that you do not bring any extra guests with you to your appointment.

2023 Holiday Cancellation Policies

From November 13 until December 31 2023, 48 hours notice will be required in order to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

Your deposit will be refunded in full if canceled by the 48 hour mark. If you choose to cancel with less than 48 hours notice, the deposit will not be refunded. If you booked in person, over the phone, or on social media, and choose to cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you consent to Beauty Spot charging your card on file for the full deposit amount. Upon your second appointment cancellation with less than 48 hours notice, you consent to Beauty Spot charging your card on file for the full service amount. If you do not show up to your appointment, you consent to Beauty Spot charging your card on file for the full service amount.

If an appointment needs to be rescheduled, please feel free to do so online. If less than 48 hours remain before your appointment, clients should contact us via email or on Facebook/Instagram about the possibility of rescheduling. If you are rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice, your deposit may not be carried over to your new appointment. If 48 hours notice is provided, clients may reschedule their appointments once without forfeiting the deposit. For additional rescheduling, clients will need to provide another deposit.

Standard Booking & Cancellation Policies

All first-time clients are required to read and agree to our terms & conditions outlined below. If you choose to book through us directly via phone, email, or on Facebook/Instagram, you are automatically agreeing to our terms & conditions and consent forms. 

Deposits are required for all services at Beauty Spot and will be deducted from the overall cost of your appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, we require 24 hours notice. Your deposit will be refunded in full if cancelled by the 24 hour mark. If you choose to cancel with less than 24 hours notice, the deposit will not be refunded. If you are more than 15 minutes late for eyelash and nail appointments, Beauty Spot has the right to cancel the appointment, without refunding the deposit, in order to accommodate other clients. 

If you are more than 10 minutes late for eyebrow appointments, Beauty Spot has the right to cancel the appointment, without refunding the deposit, in order to accommodate other clients.

Bridal Policy

All brides interested in having eyelash extensions for their wedding must book a full set roughly 3 weeks ahead of time. Then, a fill appointment will be scheduled for the week of your wedding so the extensions are fresh and full. This allows you to get used to the extensions, make any stylistic changes at your fill appointment, and most importantly ensures you do not have any adverse reactions to our products.

Refund Policies

We do not issue refunds on studio services. If you are not pleased with the service performed, we ask that you contact us within 7 days so we can visually assess the situation. We will schedule you in at our earliest convenience and at that time, every effort will be made to remedy the issue at no cost to you. Clients will not face any additional costs if Beauty Spot is contacted within 7 days of the initial appointment date.
